The Dress

My wedding dress is a Pronovias Mildred dress in white, purchased brand new Dec 2015 and worn once in March 2016. The dress is strapless with a sweetheart neckline. The dress zips up the back, and comes to just below the shoulder blades. The dress is fitted to mid-thigh and then flares into multiple layers of ruffles. Despite all of the ruffles the dress is light as a feather! The delicate tucks of the bodice are super soft to touch (it really feels soooo nice) and the ruffles of the train move with you when you walk. There is a bustle so you can dance all night. I just love this dress and had so much fun wearing it - I hope you do too!

I am 5' 6" and 148 lbs. I wear a street size US10 and the dress is a size 12. The dress has been taken in at the waist and hips approx 1" and has been taken up for my height plus the 2.5" heels I wore on my wedding day. The seamstress also added the bustle.

The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and is stored in a Bridal Keepsake box. After dry-cleaning the dress has one spot of discoloration approximately 2-3 inches in diameter on an inside lining layer (see attached a photo). One part of the lining hem also has light residual stains (see attached photo). Third, one of the internal tulle layers has a small tear (see attached photo). These are all on internal layers of the dress and so none of the flaws are visible from the outside. Otherwise, the dress is in excellent condition.
