The Dress
The Bayeux has a high waist and fitted bodice which is richly beaded. The skirt has sprigs of lace over tulle, dotted down the length finishing in a lovely train with a deep lace scalloped edge.
The back is a low scoop and there is a row of satin covered buttons. it is an exceptionally pretty dress. It is unworn, bought as a bridal shop sample but never worn. It was hemmed to petite. Bride needs to be 5'2"to 5' 4". I am a second time around bride and decided not to wear white in the end. Hence, a genuine reason for sale.
There is a still net underskirt available if a bride wanted a fuller skirt but I do feel that it falls nicely without this.
It has a look of times gone by, the shape resembling a Jane Austen style.
Already shortened, hemmed to petite.
