The Dress

The most exquisite dress I have ever worn, handcrafted by the skilled artisans of the Steven Kahlil studio in Paddington Sydney and fitted to an Australian size 8 by Steven himself.

The dress is made of a nude colour stretch mesh embellished with varied champagne coloured beads. Dainty sequins accent in certain areas of the ornate Art Deco design. The dress is NOT sheer but gives the illusion of such. Dainty buttons and loops at the inner sleeve hem are a beautiful feature also functional. A lower central back seam button also scoops up the train for ease of movement on the dance floor and there is also an inner hem wrist loop that can scoop up the train as well if preferred. B cups are stitched into the garment for flattering support. Sheer panels at waist are NOT cut outs rather, nude mesh as depicted in photos. All fastenings i.e, zipper, buttons, hook and eyes are in very good condition. Original branded garment bag is included.

There are a few stray threads only noticeable up close which I've tried to capture within the video provided. Parts of the outer layer hem have come unstitched from the under layer however no beads have been compromised and the layers can be stitched by hand back together.

Measurements provided are based on the dress NOT on the body. The mesh base fabric will stretch around a slightly fuller figure up to a lean size 10.

I also have an incredible pair of Sergio Rossi embellished shoes that compliment this dress impeccably. They have been worn 1 time only and are in very good condition. Shoes are an EU size 39. Box and dust bags are also included. Original RRP of the shoes was AUD $3000. If you are interested in these shoes an addition to the dress, please do let me know.
