The Dress

Brand new Morilee Dorothea dress in ivory/porcelain. Only worn to try on. Bought in a rush and have now changed my mind now that we have postponed our wedding - this dress has a sparkly layer of tulle which is beautiful, but I changed my mind on wanting classic lace over sparkle. It has a layer of tulle with 3D flowers that resemble a lace pattern. The dress is unaltered which is why it is slightly big for me. When altered, the waist should cinch in to create a beautiful and classic silhouette. The sleeves are off the shoulder style and are removable by a clip. There are added in breast cups to the bodice. The bodice is unlined for a slightly sexier look, but can be lined for modesty. I personally don’t think it is noticeably see through. I am 5’2 and am standing on a foot stool, so can be altered to suit most heights. The train is beautiful, full and long - no bustle has been added. The dress has a zipper close but also has satin buttons for a polished finish, which I have not fastened in the photos. The dress has been stored at my house in a dress bag.
