The detachable beaded straps were taken off and replaced with straps as shown in the pictures that can be tied in a bow at the top of the shoulders or crisscross in the back. Lots of options.
The back sash was removed and not available, but you could easily have one made.
The train was cut and measures 1 inch above the ground.
