The Dress

Selling this beautiful Suzanne Neville Belle gown in ivory. It has a high neckline with subtle pleats, is close fitting to the body down to the knees with trumpet skirt and train. The fabric is a mix of Italian crepe and fully lined with silk. The cut and fit is exquisite as expected of Suzanne Neville and is extremely flattering on the waist and hips. The dress also has custom pearl diamanté buttons all the way down the back instead of the standard satin covered buttons. The dress is a standard UK street size 8 (Bridal label size 10) and has only been altered in length to fit 5ft4 + 5 inch heels, and has stitched in bust cups for a 32C/D cup. The dress could easily be altered to fit someone shorter and the bust cups removed or replaced for a different size. From top of the neck at the front to bottom of the front hem is 142cm. The dress was £2600 from Ellie Sanderson. It has been professionally cleaned by Terrington Burchett and stored in the original dress bag. The dress is in excellent condition aside from two mild stains on the hem lining inside of the skirt underneath (not visible at all when worn) and an extremely faint stain on the front of the bust which is thankfully hidden by a pleat anyway (see photo 4). If you didn’t know the stain was there you wouldn’t see it, but I have inspected the gown top to toe to ensure I’m describing it accurately and honestly. The dress will just need a steam to get creases out before being worn again. This dress is an absolute show stopper, has been seen on Holly Willoughby and is very similar to Meghan Markle’s evening wedding dress.
