Ordered for a Debutante-type ball. After ordering, it did not seem to fit her as well and I bought a new dress. We could not return it. There are no sleeves, the were just there for appearance since they would have needed to be added for ball. Tags are on the dress and it was never worn other than to try on. Selling at a big discount because I would really just like for someone to have it!
