The Dress
This dress feels like it’s tripped out of a fairytale. With intricate floral appliqués, including subtle diamanté sparkles, the design flatters the bodice with extensive embroidery that falls out into the many-layered but incredibly lightweight textured skirt. The detail shows up beautifully in photos too (sometimes delicate embroidery is lost but I was delighted with how wonderfully this dress held its own from every angle).
Possibly most importantly: it has pockets! Deep enough for lipstick, tissues, and any sentimental trinkets you want to carry with you on the day.
It has enough of a train to tumble elegantly over steps for photos, but isn’t so long that you’ll be catching your heels in it. There’s a button for a bustle at the base of the corset fastening if you want to be able to secure the train for dancing!
Alterations
The dress originally had button fastenings, but I had it altered to have a corset back, which is incredibly flattering and means you feel very securely held in place.
