Brand New with Tags. Unaltered. Straight from designer. I did ask the designer to alter one thing about the dress and that is to take out one layer so it's not as puffy. (Believe me, it's still plenty poofy). It was just way too much with that layer in; I could barely walk in it. So your dress will be unique. The alteration gives it a more flowy look than giant cupcake look. It still has many layers and is incredibly beautiful. I didn't alter anything else. It's waiting for its new owner for alterations as it's still unaltered in length or anywhere else. Again, the only thing I chose to alter was to take out a layer of the skirt so it's not as poofy. I will ship for free within the U.S.
