Elegant, sexy and minimal, this gown is a designer favourite and the perfect show stopper for classic brides. I had anticipated wearing a sheath style dress for my wedding but completely fell in love with the Francois upon trying it on.
Crafted in beautiful heavyweight silk drill satin, Francois features a sculptured drop shoulder on a corseted bodice which meets a box pleated full A-line skirt. This stunning gown is cinched in at the waist and finished with a high side split that comes to life as you glide down the aisle.
Francois will stand the test of time, with the elegance of a classic white wedding gown combined with a touch of modern style.
Dress was purchased in 2020 from Bluebell Bridal (not worn until 2022 due to COVID delays). It has been dry-cleaned. Dress bag, excess fabric and buttons will be included.
Alterations
Dress has been taken in on the bustline seams and shaped to fit bust without needing to wear a bra. French bustle with one pick-up added.
