The Dress

Ellis Bridal 11226:
Pleated shot organza, in ivory, with sweetheart neckline, embellished belt (coloured RED) and lace-up back (allowing for 'give' on the fit!).
I am 5'9 and did not have the length altered.
It is a size 12 and the only alterations done to the dress were 1cm brought in on both sides of the bust/top of dress; plus 3 ribbon loops were added beneath the dress to gather layers and allow for a bustle (for dancing!).
The belt colour is quite unusual: a deep red that becomes the focus of the dress - I had my shoes dyed to match (size 6, if you're interested, very low heels and plain, from Rainbow Club!) and had matching lipstick (MAC's 'Russian Red' is almost identical). I had a white shawl to cover my arms as well, and am happy to throw in the shawl and shoes if you wish.
This dress has been professionally dry-cleaned (via GownClean).
With the cost of alterations, dry-cleaning and the retail price of the dress, I paid almost £1200 in total, asking around £500 or best offer, and hoping you will love walking down the aisle in it as much as I did!
