The Dress

Up for sale is the gorgeous Lily Jagger gown from the 2018 Moonlight Magic Collection by Rue de Seine. I purchased this dress from The Bridal Atelier in Prahran Victoria.

This dress has been worn once on my wedding day and I absolutely loved it. I wore it with the matching Rue de Seine 3m Parisian Tulle veil.

The dress is a UK size 14. Rue de Seine’s size guide is:

Bust 100cm (mine 101cm)

Waist 80cm (mine 83cm)

High hip 97 cm (mine 109cm)

Low hip 109cm (mine 112cm)

I am 164cm tall and wore 10cm heels.

I paid AUD $4750 for the dress and I will include the veil that I paid AUD $395. The veil does have a very small hole in the bottom but it can't be seen as there is so much material, hence why I will include the veil for free. The veil has a comb at the top for application.

The dress will come dry cleaned. I have not done this yet so if you would like to do this yourself I am happy to negotiate on price. There are no stains on the dress (E.g, food/wine).

Alterations

The dress has been altered professionally, using the alteration service recommended by The Bridal Atelier. The hem has been taken up approx. 18-20cm (hard to get a straight lined due to the delicate fabric) and the back panel taken in slightly. The cut off material will be included. I also removed the brand tag as it could be seen when worn. Cups have been sewn into the bust line. You will see that my measurements are out of the size guide and that is because I wanted a closer fit on the bottom. A bustle has also been sewn in, but there is also a loop at the end of the train for dancing.
