The Dress

Beautiful white floral guipure lace column gown with sweetheart neckline from Oscar de la Renta’s Signature Bridal Collection. Hidden zip closure. 100% cotton lace with 100% silk lining. Corseted with built-in bra.

The dress was a UK size 6 but has been taken in, so is probably now closer to a UK size 4. I am 5 ft 3” and wore 4” heels with the dress, which touched the floor at the front (train at the back is a bit longer). Only worn once for c. 5 hours on the day, as I then changed later in the evening.

Dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and is in great condition. Hem on the back of the dress is very lightly stained (only on the very edge) but is not noticeable unless lifted and examined right up close.

Purchased from Bergdorf Goodman in New York for US$7,590 (would be more expensive if bought in the UK).
My (approximate) measurements: 30” bust, 28” diaphragm, 25” waist, 34” high hip, 35.5” low hip, 39” waist to floor.
