The Dress

Fluid silk ivory wedding gown with goddess draping, bodice and waistline delicately beaded with Swarovski crystals.

I wore this dress for my wedding in Thailand in November 2014. The silkiness and gentle layers made it a dream to wear and to walk in. It was lightweight and looked beautiful twirling on the dance floor. The bust was made to measure (32E) but can be altered and no bra is required. I am a standard size 12, 5"8 and wore 3" heels with the dress.

There is an A-line split at the front which gives the dress an elegant Grecian look and feel. There is a bustle ribbon at the base of the back so that the train can be tied up for dancing. Alternatively, there is a loop at the base of the train that can be comfortably worn over the wrist.

The dress has been hanging in a protective plastic sleeve within a linen hanging bag since it was dry cleaned. There is very faint discolouration (from sand/mud) on the base of the dress which dry cleaning could not completely remove but this is not visible when the dress is worn.
