The Dress

I am selling my beautiful Alice Temperley 'Bluebell' Wedding Dress - bought in the Nottinghill branch - now in Mayfair! Its less than a year old. I got married in August last year. Its the most amazing silk and beautiful hand crafted lace.

Its probably a size 12 overall but my waist was a little smaller and obviously it is was taken in to my size at the time so I think it sits somewhere in between. However, on the label it says a bigger size as I lost 2 dress sizes when I got married. I am 55 and I wore Jimmy Choos - Heel measures 100mm/3.9 with 10mm/0.4 platform.

I loved wearing it - the silk is incredible and it was by far the most comfortable wedding dress I tried on. It doesn't have any boning or structure yet it held me in well. Alice Temperley puts a little blue flower inside the dress so your something blue is covered.

The retail price is £4850 and I added buttons to it on the back so it was even more original - they cost £150 so it was £5000 in total. But worth every penny, you feel like a vintage queen in this dress. So I'm asking for just over half the price, or an offer nearby, plus it was only worn once! :-)
