The Dress

Description from Abbey Bridal: 'Lavish Swarovski crystals adorn a form-fitting bodice in this romantic ball gown, complete with a Soft Shimmer satin skirt and pockets'.

Dress was Alabaster with a Pewter Accent.

Notes from seller:
- Dress is an Abbey Bridal size 2 (I wear a size 8 top normally however the corset back means it is very forgiving if you lose/gain weight before the big day)
- I hired a slim petticoat of tulle which I wore under the dress for added volume (but the dress is still lovely without this).
- It is an incredibly comfortable dress to wear. I didn't need a change of clothes throughout the night as I was able to dance very easily in it.
- Hidden pockets were a great bonus to hide tissues and lip stick in.
- I felt like an absolute princess wearing this dress. It has enough volume to make you feel amazing and be fun, however it was not annoyingly big in that I could sit in the car easily and walk between tables at the reception without any issue.
- the dress can be bustled at the back to allow for easy dancing

Dress was professionally dry cleaned and is now in a box.

Alterations

Dress was hemmed for bride's height with moderate heeled shoes.
Breast cups were inserted into the bodice so no bra was required.
