The Dress

This dress is simply stunning. I felt like a dream in my Oscar De La Renta wedding gown, and have heard non-stop compliments from our guests. It is the most comfortable dress I have ever worn, I joked that I never wanted to take it off! I tried on 100+ dresses and this was the one the moment it was on- its movement, attention to detail, brand, and fit are all what makes this designer such an icon. I would love nothing more than to have another bride be able to wear it and experience the same feelings in the dress that I did. The reason I have discounted it so much is for a quick sale, my husband and I are moving and I would like it to have its new home before we leave. Feel free to message me if you'd like to discuss the price! My favorite part of the dress is the unexpected 3-D embroidered flowers along the hemline- they are gorgeous and truly unique. (though my seamstress did say that you could remove them if you'd like!)

I had it altered to close the back fully with the same French Chantilly lace, though this can easily be un-done. All alterations were done by the seamstress that does the Mrs.California gowns- so rest assured it is done with the most attention to detail. I am 5'9 1/2 in heels, and the dress was altered to fit that height. I also spoke with the seamstress and she let me know that converting the gown into a strapless gown or a sleeveless gown is always an option! (The gown was only worn for a few hours indoors.)
