The Dress

The Moon Gown is a beautiful bohemian dress inspired by the celestial elements. It is fully boned through the bodice, with no structure visible on the outside shell. This gown gives the security of structure, with a soft almost draped aesthetic. It has a flattering, elongating silhouette with a low back, low neckline with an over the bust frill and dramatic back train. The straps can be tied two ways - with a cross-over effect or a straight strap effect. It is a very comfortable dress and the lace is stunning in person!

This gown is no longer available from the designer. It was worn to my wedding in May 2018 and was professionally dry-cleaned. All stains have been removed and it is now in brilliant condition. The silk has changed colour very slightly but under the lace is unnoticeable. There are two tiny tugs at the lace which I have photographed.

The gown is a size 10. It has had cups added for extra support and the neckline has been brought in pinched in very slightly to pull the cleavage together. The straps have been shortened slightly as has the length of the dress. There is no discolouration to the lace.

- Length suitable for 5'2" (with 4 inch heels) up to 5'6" (in low heels or flats)... I am 5"2' and wore it with 4 inch heels and a little amount of lace touching the ground even at the front
