lace is dark brown. Corset professional installed and shortened to barely touch ground standing at 5'6. I am 5'1 and wore 5 inch heels. Bust 34D waist 25, 110 lbs. Dress is very forgiving due to corset. I think it would fit anyone who wears between a 0-4 regular dress size. Veil has yellowed from being in closet, but would probably come back to white after dry cleaning. I got married on the beach and did not dry clean this dress.
