The Dress

I got married in this beautiful dress and veil at the beginning of May 2018. It looked fantastic and I received many lovely comments from our guests but as I move around a lot for work, it just isn't feasible to keep - plus I would love someone else to get the joy out of it that I did!

It is a Pronovias Omar from the 2017 collection, made of lace and crepe so feels very light compared to others I tried. It has a sweetheart neckline overlain with lace. The back is low, with a few silk buttons at the top and a gorgeous decorative lace train. There are soft bra cups incorporated within the dress.

I bought it for £1760 from Swarbricks Bride in Manchester and paid £175 for the veil, which is a two tier cathedral length veil with a decorative trim around the long back part and a simple trim around the shorter front part.

It has been professionally dry cleaned and is in excellent condition.
