The Dress
This size 12 Inca dress was bought brand new off the shelf from Grace Loves Lace in October last year. It is their size 12. It's a stunning dress but I had some alterations done to make it sit better on me.
I had the following alterations made:
Neck line lowered to be more of a low cut boat neck
Bra cups sewn in (I'm a 12B cup)
Front and back pleats lowered slightly to suit my pear shape
An invisible bustle sewn in so dress can be hooked up
Length altered to suit my height and heels - I am 162cm and my heels were 8cm.
The dress is utterly stunning. The alterations were made by a bridal specialist - Heather Sellick Bridal Couture. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned by Syndal Bridal Dry Cleaning. I have a certificate from them and it has been packaged in a preserving bag.
