The Dress

Absolutely stunning Q'Nique Bridal 'Sabine' gown worn once for a few hours at my wedding on 31.03.18. Purchased from the lovely ladies at Bridal by Aubrey Rose.

Stunning beadwork design covers the sheer tulle bodice. The skirt is a shimmery, slithery sequinned wonder! I purchased a nude strapless bra corset (from Silk Eligance in Leederville) and wore it with clear straps underneath.

The gown was originally $2,900 + $250 for alterations and $70 for the belt. The dress has been taken up to suit my height with shoes (I am 168cm) and a bustle and white satin belt added (see my photos and the photos of the model with the blue background for the belt detail).

I got so many compliments on this dress and felt insanely beautiful in it. I can't wait for someone else to wear it and feel the same (you'll have to send me pics!)

Drycleaning cost $415 so price is firm, $1700.

Measurements as per Q'Nique stylist:

waist - 26 inches
bust - 34.5 inches (this can flex up or down though depending on the bra)
hips - 37.5 inches

Personally I purchased the size 10 and lost 8kg and still didn't need any alterations (i.e. for it to be taken it). It is very fitted and moves with your shape.
