The Dress

This is a two piece separates dress. The top is a sleeveless lace crop top with a cascading back. The lace skirt is fitted, floor length with a sweep train. The skirt is high waisted and the lace for the top covers the midsection for a sexy but elegant, classic look. This was such a fun dress. It's definitely a little non-traditional with a boho vibe which was perfect for my outdoor wedding. I had a second top (long sleeves) that I wore for my ceremony but changed into the sleeveless top for the reception. If you are interested in the longer sleeve, send me a message and we can discuss.

Both are a size 4. For the top, I was measured at a size 2 but I wanted to be safe so sized up. I probably could have taken it in a little but it wasnt noticeable at all because of the lace so I left it unaltered. For the skirt, I am a little over 5'8"and wore 3 inch wedges and the skirt still touched the ground. If you google "poppy" and "ines" Theia dress, you will find plenty of google images and I am happy to send more photos. Two of my sisters with really different body types both tried on the skirt and it fit them too (it’s like the sisterhood of the traveling pants - the skirt looks good on everyone).

The skirt had a few inches hemmed and added a bustle. The only alteration for the top was added cups.
