The Dress

Brand New Size 10 Madison James Wedding dress. I am normally between a size 8-10 AUS but given the joys of having hips, the size 10 was the better fit to cater for this.

I am selling this beautiful dress as I had bought another dress that I had fallen in love with more and wore that one on my wedding day.

The colour is Antique/Ivory and has a satin underlay (antique) with a lace (ivory) finish all over. The neckline and back of the dress are a nude tulle mesh to give off the illusion of being both plunge and backless. The train is a delicate lace that finishes the overall look of the floor length dress.

It can also be bustled to shorten the train if needed.

Alterations

I have had alterations to the dress including:

- Boning added to the torso to structure and straighten the lace in this area (you can see in the third picture that the lining was slightly loose which has now been smoothed out with the added boning)
- Underlay slightly unpinned to allow more room for movement
- Hem taken up
- Waist taken in
- Additional cups sewn in for extra support and shape
