The Dress

My beautiful one-of-a-kind Phillipa Lepley Ballet Sophia wedding gown requires a new bride!

Reluctant sale but I’m hoping it will make another bride as happy as it made me on my wedding day.
New this dress was over £8,000 !

I was lucky enough to purchase this beautiful gown pre owned, still in immaculate condition for my wedding day. Originally purchased in the London store, the previous bride only had the dress on only a few hours. I also only wore it up until the evening of my wedding day.

Duchess satin sweetheart style corset top and layer tulle skirt- Buttercream/ ivory in colour – Dress comes with detachable champagne/ mink silk bow worth £550.
I am a comfortable size 8, however the dress does have a hidden corset under the zip/ buttons so can be adjusted to fit other sizes. The corset bodice also extends to the hips for extra comfort.
I am 5’2” and wore 5 inch heels so a slightly taller bride with a smaller heel could make this work.

Please note the diamante belt in the pictures is not for sale and will not come with the dress.

1 layer of polyester lining
1 layer of silk lining

Bodice:
1 layer of silk Duchess Satin
1 layer of silk lining
1 layer of polyester lining
2 layers of different interlining

Skirt:
1 layer of mixed fibres satin
1 layer of polyester lining
2 layers of nylon tulle plus additional double layer of nylon tulle draped over the whole skirt.

Skirt includes also petticoat made of:
Silk lining and multilayers of polyester net.
