The Dress

This beautiful wedding gown (Elise by Wtoo - Watters) has thin straps covered with pearl beads, a scalloped sweetheart/v-neck neckline, scalloped lace bottom, beautiful lower back, chapel train, and iridescent sequins and pearls sewn on throughout the lace. I wore this dress at my wedding in early 2018 and immediately got it professionally cleaned. I loved this dress and was able to wear it for 9+ hours comfortably! I am so happy I was able to wear this gown for my wedding but would love to have someone else enjoy it as well instead of sitting in my closet. I planned to sell it from the start so I was able to get the alternations done with minimal cutting and took extra care not to get the bottom dirty.

MATERIAL: cybele lace (ivory); stretch polyester charmeuse lining (nude/champagne) which comes in two separate layers (one is to floor in the front and back, the top layer is to the floor in the front and extends backwards for the train).

ALTERATIONS & NOTES: 3 button American bustle. Sewn in cups so I did not have to wear a bra (I'm a 36B/C) which can easily be removed. Straps shortened slightly - but can easily adjust as I kept the extra pearls for the straps. I lost a lot of weight from when I bought to to when I wore it, so the dress was altered to be a 6/8 and not a 10 (bridal size 14 which is what the tag says). However, this dress can probably go up to a street 10/12 or down to a street 4/6 based on how my alterations were done and how the lace overlays are made (lace was not cut). I am 155 lbs, 5'5", and wore 4" wedges. The lace can be extended maybe another 1" in the front and can be shortened due to the bottom scallop lace applica being sewn on top. There are a few small faint spots along the inner layer of lining but is completely unnoticeable when the dress is on. Tiny snag in the tulle layer between the lace and the lining but this is completely unnoticeable too. I'd be happy to send pictures of these!

MISC: Zipper is on the left side. I have a little bit of lace from trimming the dress that I will also add in! I have a nice foldable, completely enclosed travel bag if you would like, please let me know that you are interested! Also - I have the original tag from the store I bought it at.
