This is a brand new dress. I never wore it, it was never altered to my size, and comes in its original garment bags with the tags attached. I'm 5'9 and typically a size 2. The Monique Lhuillier associates recommended for me to purchase a size 8 for the length and have it tailored to me. Luckily if you are interested, I never got to the alterations portion!
