The Dress

This is ‘Taylor’ from Jenny Packham’s 2017 collection. I intended to wear this dress for my wedding, however due to personal circumstances, I no longer need it. The dress has never been worn or altered and was purchased from Helen Rodrigues’ store in Neutral Bay, NSW in June 2017.

The dress is made of ivory silk chiffon with v back and scattered flowers and pearls on the neckline. There is a lace bodice and a silk satin waist belt. The dress has a beautiful long train as seen in one of the images attached.

As described by Jenny Packham - 'Taylor developed from a best-selling evening wear style after so many brides were requesting a version of this look in ivory. I lengthened the hemline and designed the 2017 bridal style with an ivory silk chiffon skirt and silk satin waist belt. I love the intricate detailing of the lace bodice, which took over 25 hours to hand bead and features more than one hundred embellished pearl and ivory sequin floral clusters'.

Measurements: Bust - 36 ¾ inches = 93cm. Waist - 31 ½ inches = 80cm. Hips – 39 inches (20cm from waist) = 99cm
