Ines Di Santo Almada Gown - Strapless Fit-to-flare Art Deco Inspired Silk Organza gown with Cameo Pink underlay and elegant beaded appliqués throughout bodice. Ending in a subtle sweep length train.
This dress is amazing! I may be partial, but I have yet to see a better dress out on the market. It is stunning! The beadwork and details are beautiful and hand done. All the beadwork is pearls and provide a subtle shimmer in the sunlight. The dress has structure and the detailing is very flattering to the body. I am pear shape and have a little belly and this dress sucked me in all the right ways. The embroidery details along the front and back and along the bottom sides of the dress.
The train is not cathedral length. It's slightly shorter. I felt it was the perfect length as it flowed beautifully on the dance floor. Although I had a bustle, I never really used it. If it was a cathedral length I would have had to bustle. It was the perfect length that demanded attention without being an annoyance.
I purchased the dress from Bridal Reflections in New York City. I have the contact information for the seamstress from the store that did all my alterations. She is in the New York area if you are here and would like to use her.
I have the original receipt and can provide proof of purchase. The dress has been dry cleaned and is being stored in a proper protection garment bag that prevents sunlight exposure.
Friends and family still comment on how beautiful my dress was! It is too beautiful not to be worn again!
I had 1.5 cups added to the dress that are easily removed. I also had the neckline dip slightly more into a sweatheart shape. If you see the stock photo online for the dress you will see the difference. The dress was a size 6 but was taken in slightly. I also had a bustle attachment as well for the train.
