The Dress

BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN, NEVER ALTERED!

After much thought, I have decided to sell my wedding dress. Our wedding plans have changed and this dress just wouldn't be suitable for the little city wedding that we've now decided to have.

I can't explain how AMAZING this dress looks on. When I tried it on in June, I had tried on at least 30 dresses and felt fat and ugly in all of them. Then I put this one on and couldn't get over how flattering it was, even though I was much heavier than I want to be on my wedding day. Even the woman who served me said she couldn't believe how tiny my waist looked in it! I have to say the photos on the website really don't do it justice. My friend didn't believe it was the same dress, the quality is so much better in real life and is a lot more "flowy" than how it appears.

The dress is made from Mikado, which is a high-end silk blend. It flows beautifully but has quite a good amount of structure and hides a multitude of sins! The dress itself says a size 20 but will actually fit a size 16-18 (STUPID sizing!) and according to the wedding shop owner, it's a super easy dress to alter because of the nature of the fabric. She even said it would cost about £20, so that gives you some idea.
