The Dress
Elegant and flattering ivory wedding dress, with small lace capped sleeves and lace detail on sheer back.
Demetrios Bridal, Cosmobella collection, Size 8 (Australia) or Size 2 (US)
Professionally dry cleaned.
The dress comes with an adjustable flexible hoop to keep the mermaid shape and to keep the fabric away from feet while dancing/walking.
I am 165 cm tall and wore 9.5 cm heels with the dress. The dress's length can be slightly adjusted by enlarging or shrinking the hoop.
Happy to add the parasol (as in the photos), a hairpiece comb and/or a vintage birdcage veil for free.
Alterations made to the original model:
- Replaced the back mesh with a sheer body colour mesh to create the illusion of a naked back
- Push up bra cups have been added to accentuate the neckline and cleavage
- A bustle has been added to lift the train to ease walking and dancing
- Flexible, removable and adjustable hoop attached to the dress to hold out the mermaid shape
