The Dress
Brand new Pronovias Oblea dress. Purchased as a size 12 but I had it taken in to fit me and I would estimate it is therefore now closer to a size 10 (which is my clothing size). The dress is lovely but I decided at the last minute to change to something simpler (we got married in a hot place so thought it best to go for a plainer dress!). The photos here are of me wearing it at my flat - sorry about the mess in the background!
Other alterations I have made include:
-boning across the bust (not previously part of the dress)
-buttons on top of the zip at the back
-bustle in two separate places (option 1 is to fold up the dress from underneath and option 2 is to fold up from a slightly different angle). Both bustle additions are not noticeable but necessary for the party part of the wedding!
