The Dress

I lost count of the amount of comments I got on my dress. Everybody loved it, and even for weeks after the wedding we still had people commenting about it. I absolutely loved it. It was extremely comfortable to wear dancing all night long. It has a little button hook that you can lift the dress when you want to shorten the train for those dance moves or alternatively a wrist holder if you would like to hold it up yourself.
Its made using couture hand made lace in ivory with taupe fabric behind the lace which really makes the detail in the lace stand out. We had a vintage lux bohemian style wedding which we thought this dress suited perfectly but it is also the kind of quality that you could really glam up if you wanted to but I felt the dress spoke for itself and I didn't wear any other jewellery with it.

I had it taken up just a little roughly about an inch. I also had the sides taken in a little as well, no more than an inch. My seamstress made sure to leave all the fabric in place so that it could be adjusted again either way. There is zero damage to the dress, after dry cleaning it, you wouldn't even know its been worn at all.
