The Dress

Classic lace strapless dress. I felt amazing on my wedding day in this flattering A-line dress, which has boning to pull you in at the waist, and a corset back that extends to the tail bone, allowing for 'pulling you in' in all the right places! This lace up back also meant when I lost weight prior to the wedding I didn't need the dress altered as you can simple loosen or tighten corset as required. It also means the size can fit 12-16 due to the flexible corset.

The lace dress extends into a long lace train with stunning scalloped hem lines. There is also a subtle beading featured on lace which adds some glam, but nothing over the top. I paid $800 in alterations to ensure front length was correct and lace was kept in tact and scalloped hemline retained - I am average height 160 cm. The long train can be buttoned at the back into a bustle, which I did after the ceremony and photos.

The scalloped bust line was also very flattering for that pesky crease area between arm and bust, and the bust has added support in the bodice so no bra required. The lining/bodice is satin with boning so the lace falls perfectly over this and no matter which position I was in (especially posing for photos!!) the lace sat flat and did not bunch up.

I have stored the dress properly and the lace train has been kept in 'bussel' position so no creasing at all!! It is in excellent condition, the hanging door train photo was taken today.

I still have the shoes I wore that suit the dress and the pearl beaded Tuscany bridal head piece and veil if wanted for an additional price - negotiable
