The Dress
(Photos by Davina + Daniel) Very romantic, ethereal Melissa Sweet gown. I had three dresses and this one was by far the most comfortable. Flattering at the bust and waist, but with a nice graceful flow to the skirt. Though overall cream, there is a barely-there, lovely palest peach floral and bead accent. It was perfect for a wedding on a boat in a warm climate, would be perfect for a woodsy wedding with its fairy/maiden-like feel.
I'm not blessed with a ton up top, so I had cups added, but they can be easily removed quickly and cheaply, if needed. It was great because the dress needed no bra, so I didn't need to worry about any bra showing or cutting in in the back. We had the straps separated a bit at the back to create a more flattering, interesting line. I also trimmed the train to make it more manageable. Shown in photos.
