The Dress

You are looking at designer wedding dress ‘Vida’ (meaning 'life') by American designer Watters. The wedding dress is a stunning ivory, fully beaded, mermaid/fish tail gown featuring a romantic Baroque Lace and Lattice Fabric, contrast lining for added drama, and a flattering sweetheart neckline with Chapel length train.

Bought new in 2017 for just under £7k from American designer Watters. This dress is a rare find, it was sent over from the USA (I have only been able to find one bride in the USA wearing this!).

Extra couture elements were also made specifically for this dress; delicate tulle beaded sleeves, a tulle over-skirt and a cathedral length drop veil with Swarovski crystals. Making this dress a true one off! I will include all of these in the price.

The over-skirt can be detached and the delicate sleeves hidden inside your dress so that you can have two looks for your big day. The amazing couture level beading really comes to life in the evening candlelight. Making the dress look completely different from day to night.

About the sizing, a true size UK size 10. I am 5ft 8 and wore a high heel. The dress can be taken in and my UK seamstress can do this for you no problem, she is very confident with beading etc.

The dress has an internal corset and I wore this with a padded bra hidden underneath to give extra cleavage. I'm a 34c.

The dress is located in central London, near South Kensington. I welcome anyone to view it, you will not be disappointed. It has been cleaned and is in near perfect condition, no stains, sweat marks etc. Please note, only serious buyers please, I can send more pictures by request via email first.

There can be some small negotiation on the price but this depends on the buyer. I would like to see this dress worn again, its so elegant and glamourous. A bit sad I only got to wear it for a few hours! Don’t hesitate to ask questions.
