This is a 2017 Jack Sullivan original Polly design. Purchased in February 2017 from Bridal on Pultney in Adelaide, SA and worn once at my wedding in March. It was dry cleaned immediately and is in perfect condition. When I tried on this dress I was 6 months pregnant – and even then I felt incredible. I knew that I could relax the rest of my pregnancy knowing I would feel amazing on our wedding day 4 months after giving birth. Jack Sullivan is a renowned and exclusive Australian designer based in Brisbane. The dress is ivory lace over a champagne lining and has a unique dual silhouette. It has a fitted lining and beautiful flowing lace train over over the top. This dress has the great combination of feeling classically elegant and a hint of sexiness. It is light and comfortable to wear and includes a built in bra. I was breastfeeding at our wedding and felt very comfortable all day and night and had no problems feeding our baby throughout the day. I am 170cm tall and wore 1 inch heels, the length can be shortened further if required. Altogether the cost of this dress with alterations and dry-cleaning is $3400. As this is a current season dress selling in stores now and still in perfect condition I am selling it for the bargain price of $1800. That means an incredible $1600! Please feel free to contact me with further questions or to try on the dress. I am still on maternity leave so am flexible on when to meet. My veil is a custom made single tier floor length and matched the dress beautifully. It cost $150, also only worn once and is available for $50.
I originally purchased this dress in a size 12 as I was unsure if I could lose the baby weight. The dress was carefully hemmed by a professional wedding dress tailor to a size 10. Also the exquisite lace trim on the bottom of the skirt remains. I also paid to have a bustle which came in handy when it was time to dance!
