The dress is brand new and was never worn to a wedding. I only wore the dress while getting alterations. My wedding plans changed and I no longer need the dress. The dress is a size 6 but the waist and hips have been altered. I'm usually a size 2-4. The bust was not altered. I'm a 32DD. The cap sleeves can easily be removed. It's in excellent condition and I've been storing it in a protective bag.
