The Dress
Structured fit and flare lace dress worn only for ceremony. I did not fit into this dress weeks before the wedding and bought a backup dress that I ended up wearing for the reception therefore the dress is in very good condition. There is little to no give in the fit of the dress. The lace is phenomenal and really attracted me to the dress. The back with buttons from the top to the tip of the train is also very stunning.
No alterations were made. Bustle with 6 white hook and eye closures was added- appears secure but as I did not wear the dress for the reception I cannot vouch for it's ability to withstand dancing.
I am 5'9" and the length was perfect with my cowboy boots with a short heel. Dress did get dusty in West Texas but to my delight and surprise my dry cleaner returned it to me perfectly ivory. Happy to send pictures post dry cleaning or facetime to confirm current condition the photographers pictures are just so much more elegant.
