Oleg Cassini, lace tea-length dress, with illusion neckline, cap sleeves, beaded lace appliques, faux buttons covering up zipper on back, ivory.

- Paid ~$1100 in 2016 (dress+sash+BC tax).
- David's Bridal is still selling it for $928+tax.

Wedding dress size: 8 regular WAIT! DON'T CLOSE THE AD- you're not a size 8? Neither am I normally! Wedding dress sizes are different! I'm 5'2", about 140lbs, big hips/bum, small waist- so I'm anywhere from size 6-12 on top, and 10-12 for pants. So there was NO way a size 8 would fit me, but it did! (no crazy diet schemes either). So if you're a 6-12 normally, this could easily fit you with minimal/no alterations needed. Just go try on an Oleg Cassini size 8 at David's Bridal, or any DB's size 8 to get a rough idea. Or just come try it on!

Alterations: NONE to length, size, shape. Added waist sash (can be easily removed) and B-cup pads (so I didn't have to deal with a strap-less bra falling down all day- also easily removable).

Gorgeous, classically romantic dress, that's just long enough that it's not a "short" dress in Winter but not so long in Summer that it's hot. Look at the pics, I wore it in both! (We eloped in October in Banff- cold, then had our ceremony in Mexico in January- hot!)
