The Dress

This is a stunning ivory lace backless dress by the famous American designer Katie May. It's simple but elegant design is classic and timeless meaning it will never go out of fashion.

This dress made me feel at my most beautiful for my special day. It extenuates the natural curves of your body in the most flattering way. It's very comfortable and holds you in well, cups were sewn in to the bust area so no need to wear a bra. I am a U.K. dress size 8/10, this would fit either a size 8 or 10 with perhaps minor adjustments required by a seamstress if you wanted it to fit you perfectly. I am 5ft 4" but I wore 5" heels.

Purchased from The Wedding Club in Knitsbridge, London for £1700 not including alterations.

NB. The hemline along the bottom of the dress is slightly frayed in places and the under lining slightly discoloured (just from where it dragged on the floor when worn on wedding day- no additional damage) but cannot be seen once dress is on. Only noticeable on close inspection when dress is on the hanger.
