The Dress

THE STORY
A modern approach to a vintage look, this slim fit and flare is accented with a geometric lace pattern. Features a modified sweetheart neckline and covered buttons. Chapel train. Color: Off-White / Ivory Fabrics: Pippin circle Lace / Stretch Satin

The dress was purchased for AUS $1950.

The dress is made by 'Watters' a American designer.
The dress is a US 6. This converts to a AUS 10. However I believe can fit a 10 to 12 AUS.
Dress: off white lace and the lining is ivory in colour.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned.

It will be sincerely sad to part with my beloved wedding dress. I have great memories and photos from my wedding.
The dress will now be able to fulfill your dreams and memories like it did mine!
The dress is absolutely stunning on and could suit any themed wedding with its vintage/ modern look!

Alterations to dress:
* The train is able to be bustled (French bustle). There has been a small material hook attached by a dress maker which is thus pulled up and attached to one of the reinforced buttons to hold the train. (the hook is well hidden)
* The dress has been altered in length. I am 168cms. It was taken up by a couple of cm's so it sat flush on the floor with flat shoes on. The dress length altered is now 131cm
* Bust: It was taken in to help contour my bust without gapping.
A couple small black marks can be seen on the underneath part of the lace on the train. The marks can not be seen on top of the train.
The dress looks exquisite and would be perfect for another wedding.
