Through sheer luck, I bought this dress in the U.S. in December 2016 and it's not available for general purchase in the U.S. until February 2017. This dress is a head turner and comes with a stunning bustle that creates a beautiful design (see photos). It also comes with additional tulle in ivory and nude.
