Dress was brought brand new in 2016. Dress hasn't been worn since it was brought. (Not a happy ending ) everything is all still in the packaging. Dress comes with the vail the underskirt Tiara and belt (optional to wear ).
If you like this style then the dress is absolutely beautiful I felt like a right princess in it. It's a really nice fitting and very nice material.
