Purchased in Summer 2016, worn mid-September 2016, English net sweetheart strapless bodice gathered at the midline, lovely little rhinestone framing the (high) waist, skirt is floral lace. Chapel train, I didn't ever bustle it so there are no gathers for bustling. Bra cups sewn in but a strapless bra with a back extender could also be worn underneath if you prefer.
Taken up in the bodice, all around the bust, to allow for a secure fit, hemmed around the bottom.
