This dress is amazing and fun and very comfortable to wear, it is sequins top to bottom with embellishments at the sides which could be removed.
2016 the flora romance collection.
I had the front of the dress altered to make it shorter I wore it with 5.5 inche heels but l left the the back long as a little train.
It has been dry clean on a very light clean there is a darker marks all along the bottom but the train could be altered and this would be removed.
I'm 5.4 and wore this dress with 5.5 inche heels.
