The Dress

Beaded floral lace gown by Mori Lee Bridals.

This beautiful and timeless sleeveless Mori Lee dress is covered in floral lace detailing. The unique floral lace features a dainty square neckline, beautifully embellished straps, and intricately beaded empire waistline. The beading and embellished straps are a mixture of pearl like and silver beads. The top part of the dress is really fitted before flaring out, which makes it a really flattering dress to wear.

The dress has a built in bra, which was actually really supportive and provided great uplift too, making for a stunning look - my husband was very impressed, and I felt like I was a character in a Jane Austen novel! :-)

I normally wear a size 16, but went up a size for this dress due to the tight fitting nature of the top half of the dress.

As we eloped to Cuba, meaning no big reception and very hot weather, I only wore the dress for a couple of hours for the ceremony and photos, after which I changed into a shorter dress. The dress travelled with me to Cuba in the cabin so wasn't put in the hold or bundled into a suitcase or anything.

This dress is no longer available in the UK.

I've just returned from honeymoon, so the dress is currently with a professional wedding dry cleaners and should be back with me shortly. I can also provide the dress bag, which did get a little worn on the outside from being carried onto planes but it still works perfectly fine.
