Vera Wang Octavia Gown Size 0 - Nude/Ivory

Spring 2015 Collection, it was the gown featured in the Vera Wang Spring Campaign.

If you are after a romantic style of gown for your wedding day, this dress is for you! It made me feel so amazing on my wedding day! There are two layers of tulle on the skirt - the top layer is a soft silk layer, the layer underneath is a stiff tulle that gives it shape and makes it easier to walk in. The dress is really light and easy to wear, it's not a heavy dress to wear.

I bought this dress brand new in December 2015, from the Vera Wang Boutique in the Intercontinental Sydney Hotel.
From ordering it took 6 months to make in NYC.
My wedding was early May 16 & was only worn for a couple of hours for the ceremony and photos, then I changed into a party dress for the reception and dancing!

It has been professionally dry-cleaned at blue and white dry cleaners in Neutral Bay, Sydney. It is in perfect condition, as new. It has no rips or stains.

In regards to sizing, I am a size 6 Australian. My height is approx 5 foot 3 inches. I wore 4 inch heels with the dress, so if you are taller then me you can always wear a smaller heel height.
I wear a 10C bra - but didn't need to wear a bra on the day, because I had cups placed in the bodice which gives you a better clevage.

The dress will come with the original certificate of authentication, dust bag and vera wang wooden hanger.

I modified the skirt of the dress slightly because I didn't want to emphasise my hips!
The Ruched Tulle that is placed on the skirt of the dress, was moved from the front and hip area to the back of the dress to the train.
These rouched pieces are sewn on the skirt and can be removed or placed in vary spots on the skirt.
The alterations were done at sew special on market street, Sydney. They specialise in Bridal alterations.
