The Dress

I am selling my beautiful low back lace wedding dress. It ‘s a very flattering dress, with a v shape neckline at the front and a fit and flare shape. It’s Essense of Australia style number DJ1367 and I paid £1250 for it in May 2015.

The dress was bought in a UK size 12 and it’s been taken in slightly around the waist. The shoulder straps were also adjusted slightly to fit my bust area. I’m between a UK size 10-12 (size 10 around the top/waist, size 12 around the hips) and I’m 5’5” in height.

The dress is sold with a detachable satin sash which I didn’t wear (because it didn’t really suit me) but I still have the sash in ivory if you’d like to also take this (at no additional cost). Instead I had a custom-made diamante belt sewn into the dress which cost me an additional £150 - this is included as part of the dress.

I absolutely loved wearing this dress and it’s a real shame to sell it, but in reality I’m never going to wear it again and I’d rather it become part of someone else’s special day than sit at the back of my wardrobe!

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned by Terrington Burchett and it’s in extremely good condition. It has been kept in a non-smoking household and will be sold with a white full-length zip up cover.
