There are no stains but the train is a tiny bit dirty underneath from taking a few pics with the train down and walking down the aisle but only can tell if you get super close. There are no rips.
I added bra padding so I didn't have to wear a bra. They can be removed. I have it altered for a french bustle style (pinned under looked more elegant (see pic) vs the traditional bustle that was pinned up. But it can easily be converted to traditional if that's what you prefer.
It has not been cleaned.
